Title
Trapped in Paint
Artist
Anthony Mwangi
Medium
Painting - Thick Paint
Description
Take a moment and imagine that paint refuses to conform to the canvas as you paint. The paint wants to drip off and leave your canvas. Then you finally finish the work, capturing just one single moment in time before all the paint drips away and deforms the whole painting. Just a thought.

Awesome style. It is amazing how you have maintained the erotic presentation of this woman even in this melting state!

I am with Douglas. I have had dreams where I was working on a piece and it melted. It is an interesting point of view. Thank you Anthony.

Anthony... wow... that is a nice painting. I can see you had a lot of fun painting this. How much paint did you use ?

This certainly captures a brief moment in time !, my first thought was that exact moment when nightmares become “too real “ and I wake up and realized that I barely escaped from whatever danger was threatening. To become trapped in a painting is indeed a disturbing concept.....another powerful piece, Anthony !
