Artist's Description

Shaka kaSenzangakhona, also known as Shaka Zulu, was the leader of the Zulu Kingdom from 1816 to 1828. He was one of the most influential monarchs of the Zulu Kingdom. Shaka was born in the lunar month of uNtulikazi in the year of 1787 near present-day Melmoth, KwaZulu-Natal Province. I wish not to delve so much into the history of this Great son of Nandi. His stories are well documented in WWW. One thing is for sure, the world is not going to forget about Shaka in the next several decades or centuries!

About Anthony Mwangi

Anthony Mwangi

I am a natural student of art since I was a little child. I have loved drawing all my life. For some time since I left high school, I ventured into Graphic Design and Illustrations for magazines and books. Which really helped me in day to day upkeep. Meanwhile, I would sneak back to my painting canvas every now and then. I have sold quite a number of my Art pieces to various buyers internationally. I am both traditional and Digital Artist. I have been in the field of fine art and illustrations for over 30 years. I started Digital painting in 2007 and I have appreciated the capability to speed up my work due to the incredible color and paint palette you find in Digital Painting Applications like Rabelle, Photoshop, Artrage and Corel...
