Artist's Description
I just had to paint this. This one reminds me of an old pump house next to a small river near where my grandmother stayed. I used to think it would drain the small river. It was like alive, always humming. This one was off the day I painted it. I had to add a big lake behind it just to give it a feeling of space. When it is a big lake I don’t feel like it will pump all the water and dry the lake! There is enough for everyone.
