An apple a day keeps the doctor away. (I hope people are eating apples these days since they are seeing the doctor rather much) Anyhow, if it is true about the apple, that is very good news.
If that juicy apple keeps the doctor away; imagine what a smile or several smiles a day could do to your health? If you make the smile laughter, you might keep the doctor away for some time.
You know, there are poor souls out there who have no happiness hormones. The power to be happy is not automatic. As rare as it might be, some people are unable to be happy for no fault of their own. If you can, then be happy. SMILE.
The power to smile is a very lovely gift. Use the power of a smile. It could open doors to a lot of good. A warm smile is contagious unless the person you are smiling at has never seen one.
Keep smiling and warm the world up. For sure, the way things are right now in the world, we do need smiling People. We are not asking you to laugh right away; take your time, smile first, that is good, now laugh a little and get the world spinning.
