I did this Digital painting in 2009. It was an illustration for one of my comic books. This drawing reminds me of good old days when my grandmother (God rest her soul) would give us stories under a tree, next to s fire at night. In this digital painting we see a family of four who live next (some distance) to Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa

I have seen few web pages on this site that is as eclectic and striking as yours. Your works are beautiful and meaningful. This particular work hits my home spot. As a little boy I would sit in front of the pool hall at night on those pukey purple Lion' Club benchs and listen to the old men tell stories. Telling stories is a primal need that develops and cleanses the soul. Storytelling is a now lost art--strangled by air condition and digital media.
