After the rains, the air is fresh and gentle on the skin. It used to be a treat for young people to walk in the rain or after the rains.
Puddles on the road all the way home. The feeling of the wet ground on your feet and the mud melting between your toes was something to enjoy in those days.
These days there is no place to walk on the mud after the rains since we all ran to the cities.
You dare not step your bare foot on the filthy city mud after the rains! You dare not!
